b. To water her plants, Tatiana uses a cylindrical watering can. If each row requires 3 cans of water and she has 15 rows, how many cans of water will Tatiana use?
c.Find the total volume of water she will need to water the garden if the volume of one can is 15 L.

60% = 0.318 m^3
1% = 0.318/60
100% = 0.318/60 x 100
100% = 0.53 m^3

15 rows at 3 cans per row = 45 cans.

If each can contains 15L
The total volume of water
required = 15 x 45 = 675L
675L = 0.675 m^3
...........
Tatiana cannot water all her rows
as she needs 0.675 m^3
and she only has 0.53 m^3 in the barrel.
