3x+2y-4=2(5-y)
3x+2y-4= 10-2y [simplify wherever possible]
3x-3x+2y-4=-3x+10-2y [isolate the y-term to one side of the equation]
2y-4=-3x+10-2y
2y+2y-4=-3x+10-2y+2y
4y-4=-3x+10
4y-4+4=-3x+10+4
4y=-3x+14
4y/4=-3x/4+14/4
y=-3/4x+7/2
