Without knowing your exact details, what you want to do seems like a very bad idea. Fully repeating "Algebra 2B" may be much more effective for learning and understanding it than trying to prepare to pass a test in 8 weeks to test-out of it. How well do you believe you would know Algebra 2B by the end of this 8 weeks?
But if you took this Algebra 2B not more than a year ago and did REALLY WELL, then maybe you can study to review, and actually be able to test-out of it. Use your favorite textbook.
