(xy^7)(x^4y)/(x^5y^2)^2
and how would i add this equation:
x-3/x^2+7x+12 + x-5/x^2-16

(xy^7)(x^4y)/(x^5y^2)^2

(x^5y^8)/(x^10y^4)

= (y^4)/(x^5)

and how would i add this equation:
[(x-3)/(x^2+7x+12)] + [(x-5)/(x^2-16)]
---
[(x-3)/(x+4)(x+3)] + [(x-5)/(x-4)(x+4)]
---
least common denominator is (x+3)(x-4)(x+4)
---
Write each fraction over the lcd
---
= [(x-3)(x-4)/lcd] + [(x-5)(x+3)/lcd]
---
Combine the numerators over the lcd:
---
[x^2-7x+12+x^2 -2x-15]/lcd
---
= [2x^2-9x-3]/[(x+3)(x-4)(x+4)]
