Multiply each component by 2

(b) Same direction, length 1 unit

Divide each component of original vector by

Multiply each component of the answer to (b) by -10.  The negative is
to make it the opposite direction.

(d) Opposite direction, length c

Multiply each component of the answer to (b) by -c.  The negative is
