The domain of y=arcsin x equals the ________ of y=sin x.
I know that the sine of any angle is between -1 and 1. Therefore, it is my understanding that the -1 is less than/equal to x which is less than/equal to 1. I know that y=arcsin x = sin-1 x; the inverse. I'm just not sure what to put in the blank. Maybe I am looking at it all wrong. Any help is much appreciated! Thanks!
