use trig identities, then
(tan x+sin x*sec x)/(csc x*tan x) =
( (sin x / cos x) + (sin x * (1 / cos x)) ) / ( (1 / sin x) * (sin x / cos x) ) =
( 2 * ( sin x / cos x) ) / ( ( cos x * sin^2 x ) / (sin x * cos x) ) =
( 2 * tan x) / ( cos x * tan x) =
2 / cos x =
2 * sec x
