The formula is:
arctan(sqrt(-0.9099^2 + -0.4117^2), -0.0085)

arctan(sqrt(-0.9099^2 + -0.4117^2), -0.0085)

There's no equal sign --> not an equation.

It's probably a point in the x-y plane in the form (x,y)
tan(angle) = y/x = -0.0085/(sqrt(-0.9099^2 + -0.4117^2)
Angle =~ -0.4876 degrees (using the + sqrt)
