Please help me solve this question:
If y=3cosx - sinx,
find the values of x (0 <=x < 360)for which dy/dx =0
------
dy/dx = -3sin(x)-cos(x)
------
Solve::
-3sin(x)-cos(x) = 0
3sin(x) = -cos(x)
sin(x)/cos(x) = -1/3
tan(x) = -1/3
x = tan^-1(-1/3)
x = 341degrees or 161.57 degrees
