The red arc indicates the angle 298°, the green arc indicates the reference angle
62°.  Since the angles in the 4th quadrant are positive cos(298°) = +cos(62°).

[But sin(298°) = -sin(62°), and tan(298°) = -tan(62°), because they are negative
in the 4th quadrant.
