A cyclist rides north at 15 km/h and observes that the wind appears to come to him
from the north-east. On the return journey he rides at the same speed in the opposite
direction. Now the wind appears to be coming from the south-east. Calculate the true
speed and direction of the wind.
=====================
If by "from the NE" you mean an angle of 45 degs, and SE is also 45 degs, then the windspeed is 15 km/hr from the East.

idk what you mean by "true speed." Is there a false speed?
