(x+1)^2 = 4p(y+108)

Using (0,-105) solve for "p"::
1 = 4p(3)
p = 1/12

(x+1)^2 = (1/3)(y+108)

Find the x-intercepts::
Let y = 0, then
(x+1)^2 = (1/3)(108)
(x+1)^2 = 36

x+1 = 6 or x+1 = -6
