Sun angle is from the ground through the top of the tower.
The shadow is on the ground or adjacent. The tower is opposite.
The tangent is opposite/adjacent
opposite/155= tan 52=1.28
155*1.28=198.39 feet. It must be less than the tower, for angles greater than 45 degrees have shadows that are less than the height.
