Question 973670: 2sin^(2) x +5sinx=3
What is the exact values of x in the interval 0
Answer by Boreal(15235) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
on interval (0,2 pi)
2 sin^2 x+5 sin x-3=0
(2 sin x-1) (sin x +3)=0
2 sinx=1
sinx =(1/2) This occurs at 30 degrees and 150 degrees
sin x=-3 This does not occur.
