Question 971636: simplify (cos x* csc x) / cot x
my work:

(cos x * 1/sin x)/ 1/cos x
i am having trouble using the identities

Answer by Alan3354(69443)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
simplify (cos x* csc x) / cot x
my work:

(cos x * 1/sin x)/ 1/cos x
===================
csc = 1/sin
cot = 1/tan = cos/sin
-----
--> (cos/sin)/(cos/sin) = 1
