Question 969462: Verify sec/csc + sin/cos = 2 tan
Answer by Boreal(15235)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
sec x=1/cos x
csc x=1/sin x
sec x/csc x = (1/cos x)/(1/sin x) = sin x/cos x= tan x
sin x/cos x + sin x/cos x = tan x + tan x
=2 tan x
