Using the Pythagorean Identities to write the expression as an integer
7 sec^2 y - 7 tan^2 y
-------------------
sin^2 + cos^2 = 1
Divide by sin^2
1 + tan^2 = sec^2
--> sec^2 - tan^2 = 1
