Question 929150: Determine the period and equation of asymptote of the function.
y= cot
Answer by stanbon(75887) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Determine the period and equation of asymptote of the function.
y= cot[(9pi/4)(x)]
----
Period = pi/(9pi/4) = (4/9)
--------
Asymptotes occur when [(9/4)pi](x) = 0 or pi or 2pi etc.
That is when x = 0 or (4/9) or (8/9) etc.
