Find the reference angle θ for the given angle θ

The reference is the positive (acute or right) angle between the given angle and the x-axis.

θ = 245*
θ = 245-180 = 65 degrees
-----------------
θ = 990*
θ = 990-2*360 = 270 = 360-270 = 90 degrees
------------------
θ = -145*
θ = -145 + 360 = 215 = 215-180 = 45 degrees
