After 10 minutes the temperature of the frozen tenderloin has risen to 39 degrees Fahrenheit. After how many minutes will the temperature of the frozen tenderloin be 51 degrees Fahrenheit?
I know the answer is 26 minutes but I am unsure at how to arrive to it, someone please help explain the steps?

A frozen tenderloin initially has a temperature of 29 degrees Fahrenheit. It is left to thaw in a room that has a temperature of 76 degrees Fahrenheit.
After 10 minutes the temperature of the frozen tenderloin has risen to 39 degrees Fahrenheit.
rate of temperature increase:: (39-29)/10 = 1 degree per minute

After how many minutes will the temperature of the frozen tenderloin be 51 degrees Fahrenheit?
Ans: (51-29) = 22 minutes
