Question 907041: graph p(t)=1/2cot((π/4)t)
So far I found the period to be 1/4 and the amplitude to be 1/2. I am having trouble understanding and figuring out how to set up my intervals on the graph. Thank You!

graph p(t)=1/2cot((π/4)t)
equation for cot function: y=Acot(Bx), A=multplier, Period=π/B
For given cot function:
A=1/2
B=π/4
period: π/(π/4)=4
(1/4) period=1
coordinates of graph for 1 period:
Scale of x-axis in radians
(0,asymptote),(1,(1/2)),(2,0), (3,(-1/2)),(4,asymptote)
