i don't understand what you mean by 21/3 couanter clockwise.
what is 21/3?
is it tangent of the angle that i'm supposed to find the arc tangent of?
is it the angle in radians, like the angle is 7 radians and would be 7 * 180 / pi degrees?
is it the angle in both radians and degrees, like the angle is 7 radians or the angle is 7 degrees?
how am i supposed to interpret that?
