The only way sin(A)+cos(B) can be 2 is
for Sin(A) to be 1 and cos(B) to be 1.

Then A = pi/2 and B = 0

So sin((2A+B)/3) = sin((pi + 0)/3) = sin(pi/3) = cos((pi/2-pi/3) = cos(pi/6)
= cos((pi/2)/3)) = cos(A/3)
