Use the Quadratic formula to get::
sin(t) = [1 +- sqrt(1-4*-2)]/4
----------------------------------
sin(t) = [1 +- 3]/4

sin(t) = 1 or sin(t) = -1/2

t = 90 or t = 210 or t = 330 degrees
