a) θ = 400 degrees = 360 + 40
terminal side at 40 degrees in QI

b) θ = 750 degrees = 2*360 + 30
terminal side at 30 degrees in QI
-----------------------------------------
c) θ = -270 degrees = -270+360 = 90
terminal side at 90 degrees
------------------------------------------
d) θ = -60 degrees
terminal side at 300 degrees in QIV
