Answer by stanbon(75887) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Find the missing coordinate of P, using the fact that P lies on the unit circle in the given quadrant.
Note: In the unit circle x^2 + y^2 = 1^2
----------------------------------------------
Coordinates Quadrant
P(-3/5, ?) III
Note: In QIII, y is negative.
(3/5)^2 + y^2 = 1
y^2 = 1 - (9/25)
y^2 = 16/25
y = -4/5
------------------------------------
P(?, 1/3) II
Note: In QII, x is negative.
(1/3)^2 + x^2 = 1
x^2 = 1-(1/9)
x^2 = 8/9
x = -2sqrt(2)/3
