Find the trigonometric function value of angle(delta).
cos(delta)=8/9, with (delta) in quadrant IV. Find sin(delta)
-----
If delta is in QIV, x is positive and y is negative.
--------
cos = x/r
--------
Since cos = 8/9, x = 8 and r = 9
Then y = -sqrt[9^2-8^2] = -sqrt(17)
--------
sin(delta) = y/r = -sqrt(17)/9
