First factor out the GCF x:

Replace the middle term with two numbers that will multiply to give us the the product of the first and last terms but add to give you the middle term.
30x^2*-10=-300x^2 the middle term is 13x
25x*(-12x)=-300x^2 and 25x+-12x=13x

Now factor by grouping

This was a thinker, I had to use a factor tree to find the factors of -300 that would add together to give you 13. That helps when you have a number that has a lot of factors like 300.
