Question 805759: 2 siny=tany
Answer by fcabanski(1391)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
tan(y) = sin(y)/cos(y)

2sin(y) = sin(y)/cos(y)

2sin(y)cos(y)=sin(y)

2cos(y) = sin(y)/sin(y) = 1

cos(y) = 1/2

y = pi/3 + 2pi*n and 5pi/3 + 2pi*n
