How do I convert sin theta = (1/3) into degrees.
Degrees refers to the measure of an angle; it may be measured in degrees or
in radians.
To say sin(theta)=1/3 does not imply that theta (which is the angle being
described) is stated in degrees or is stated in radians. It is up the the
person determining theta whether he/she writes the answer in degrees or
in radians.

For your problem theta happens to be 19.47 degrees
If I wanted to change that to radians I would multiply 19.47
by (pi)/180 to get 0.3398 radians.
