Question 773026: if sine(4theta)=x/y, what is the angle theta?
Answer by Edwin McCravy(20055)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!

Learn that sin(A) = B can be written as A = sin-1(B)

So

sin(4q) =

can be written as

    4q = sin-1

Multiply both sides by :

    q = sin-1
