Question 756386: Hi there! I have never solved a problem like this before so I am not sure how to start. Find all solutions to the equation. sin(theta)+1=0. Write your answer in radians in terms of (pie)and use the "or" button as necessary. An example of this is : (theta)= (2(pie))/(5) + k(pie).
Answer by Alan3354(69443)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
sin(theta)+1=0
----------
sin(t) = -1
t = pi + n*2pi, n = 0,1,2,3... etc (plus and minus)
----------
PS It's the Greek letter pi, not the dessert pie
