Given sec theta= 3, use the trigonometric identities to find the exact value of sin^2 theta.
secx=3
cosx=1/3
Identity: sin^2x+cos^2x=1
sin^2x=1-cos^2x
=1-(1/3)^2
=1-1/9
=8/9
