Setting up a right triangle in quadrant IV, adjacent is 5, opposite is 12, and hypotenuse is 13. In quadrant IV, cosine and secant are positive and the sine and tangent functions are negative.
Cos (θ) = 5/13
Sec (θ) = 13/5
The last 4 trig functions will be negative.
Sin (θ) = o/h = -12/13
Csc (θ) = -13/12
Tan (θ) = o/a = -12/5
Cot (θ) = -5/12
