Question 735270: sqrt6 sin2t- sqrt3 tan2t=0
I know I can make tan 2t into sin2t/cos2t so I am using like-terms but I am not sure what to do with the square roots or how to even begin to solve this.

Answer by Alan3354(69443)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
sqrt6 sin2t- sqrt3 tan2t=0
sqrt6 sin2t- sqrt3 sin2t/cos2t=0
sin2t*(sqrt(6) - sqrt(3)/cos2t) = 0
sin2t = 0
t = 0
--------------
(sqrt(6) - sqrt(3)/cos2t) = 0
sqrt(6) - sqrt(3) = 0
Inconsistent, no solution.
