Question 734657: Plz help me find the general solution of cos(54-x)=sin2x

Here is what we know from trig identities
sin2x = 2*sin(x)*cos(x)
cos(54-x) = cos(54)*cos(x) - sin(54)sin(x), now assuming 54 is 54 degrees
cos(54-x) = .59cos(x) - .81sin(x)
so we have
2*sin(x)cos(x) = .59cos(x) - .81sin(x)
divide by 2 and then by sin(x)cos(x)
(.295cos(x) - .405sin(x)) / sin(x)cos(x) = 1
