Question 699970: csc(x)-sin(x)=cos(x)cot(x)
Answer by lwsshak3(11628) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
csc(x)-sin(x)=cos(x)cot(x)
start with right side:
cos(x)cot(x)
=cos(x)(cos(x)/sin(x)
=cos^2(x)/sin(x)
=(1-sin^2(x)/sin(x)
=1/sin(x)-sin(x)
=csc(x)-sin(x)
verified: right side=left side
