Solve the equation in the interval [0, 2pi.)
2 cos2 θ = 2 − cos 2θ
----
2cos(2x) = 2 - cos(2x)
----
3cos(2x) = 2
cos(2x) = 2/3
2x = cos^-1(2/3)
2x = 0.7859
x = 0.3929
