find, without using a calculator
A. Arc sin (-square root of 3/2)=5π/3
B. Arc cos (-1/2)=2π/3
C. Arc sin (sin(3 pi/4))=3π/4
D. Sin (arc cos (-1/2))=√3/2
..
E. Arc sin (cos(5 pi/12))
identity: sinx=cos(90-x)
cos(5 pi/12)=sin(π/2-5π/12)=sin(6π/12-5π/12)=sin(π/12)
Arc sin (cos(5 pi/12))=Arc sin(sin π/12)=π/12
..
F. tan (arc cos (x/x+1))
cos (x/x+1=adj side/hypotenuse
opp side=√hypotenuse^2-adj side^2=√[(x+1)^2-x^2]=√(x^2+2x+1-x^2)=√(2x+1)
tan=opp side/adj side=x/√(2x+1)
tan (arc cos (x/x+1))= tan (arc tan (x/√(2x+1))=(x/√(2x+1))
