The first thing you do is isolate your absolute value.

Flip the inequality symbol when you divide by a negative number.
The soltution is all real numbers because absoltute values always result in non-negative numbers. No matter what we put in for x, it will always be bigger than a negative number.
If you didn't notice that and tried to solve it, you'd get:

If you graphed these on the number line, you would see that everything gets shaded in both directions resulting in an all real number solution.
