Move to the right pi units to get g(x)=sin(x+pi)

Then move it down 2 units to get h(x) = sin(x+pi)-2

Finally, reflect it over the x-axis to get j(x) = -(sin(x+pi)-2) = -sin(x+pi)+2

So the final answer is f(x) = -sin(x+pi)+2
