Question 618037: sin(theta)+ tan(theta)/sec(theta)+ 1= sin(theta)
Prove the theory

Answer by lwsshak3(11628)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
sin(theta)+ tan(theta)/sec(theta)+ 1= sin(theta)
start with left side:
(sin+tan)/sec+1
=(sin+sin/cos)/(1/cos)+1
=[(sincos+sin)/cos]/[(1+cos)/cos]
=(sincos+sin)/(1+cos)
=sin(cos+1)/(1+cos)
=sin
verified: left side=right side
