Question 613766: What is the period of the function y = 1/2 sin (x/3 - Pi)?
(1) 1/2 (2) 1/3 (3) 2/3 Pi (4) 6 Pi

the formula is period = 2pi/b. I tryed to solve it and I got 6/x....

Answer by jim_thompson5910(35256)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
T = (2pi)/B

T = (2pi)/(1/3)

T = 2pi*3

T = 6pi
