Solve equation for x. Express your answer in degrees.
cos(x)=1/2-cos(2x)/2+cos^2(x)
LCD:2
2cos(x)=1-cos(2x)+2cos^2(x)
2cos(x)=1-cos^2x+sin^2x+2cos^2(x)
2cos(x)=1-cos^2x+1-cos^2x+2cos^2(x)
2cosx=2
cos x=1
x=0
