16^(2x+3)=64^(x+2)
(4^2)^(2x+3)=(4^3)^(x+2)
4^(2(2x+3))=4^(3(x+2))
Since the bases are equal, the exponents are equal.
2(2x+3)=3(x+2)
4x+6=3x+6
4x=3x+6-6
4x-3x=6-6
x=6-6
x=0
