Question 554894: Simplify Sin(30+x) + Sin(30-x)
Answer by jim_thompson5910(35256) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Sin(30+x) + Sin(30-x)
Sin(30)cos(x)+cos(30)sin(x) + Sin(30)cos(x)-cos(30)sin(x)
(1/2)cos(x)+(sqrt(3)/2)sin(x) + (1/2)cos(x)-(sqrt(3)/2)sin(x)
cos(x)
So sin(30+x) + sin(30-x) = cos(x) for all values of x.
