Find the cos of theta if csc = 2/sqrt(3) and theta terminates in Q4
**
csc and sin<0 in Q4, cos>0 in Q4
cscx=-2/√3
sinx=-√3/2 (reciprocal of csc)
cos^2x=1-sin^2x=1-(-√3/2)^2=1-3/4=1/4
cosx=√(1/4)=1/2
