what is the difference between composite trig functions and inverse trig functions? and how can you tell?

A composite function is a "function of a function," for example, sin(cos(x)). An inverse function is simply the inverse of the original function satisfying f^{-1} (f(x)) = x (e.g. arcsin x is the inverse of sin x).
