The problem with the trigonometric functions is that they only cover 0 to 90 degrees. I need to cover the whole 360 degrees.
Is there any alternative to using the trigonometric functions?
Let's say vectors, sign functions, anything. I don't want to use conditional math.

Trigonometric functions do cover 2π radians or 360º. When you have an angle>90º, you must determine the reference angle from its standard position. For example, for 135º or 3π/4 the reference angle is 45º or π/4. This places the reference angle in quadrant II where the sine is positive and the cosine, negative, that is, sin 135º=√2/2, and cos 135=-√2/2. There are 4 quadrants in 360º. To determine the value of a trig function, you must determine which quadrant its reference angle falls in and whether it is positive or negative. There is a lot more than this to learn about trig functions. I hope this give you a glimpse of what you need to know.
