Question 448397: verify tan^2x/secx=secx-cosx
Answer by lwsshak3(11628)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
verify tan^2x/secx=secx-cosx
..
tan^2x/secx=secx-cosx
using identity, tan^2x+1=sec^2x
start from left side
sec^2x-1/secx
=(sec^2x/secx)-(1/secx)
=secx-cosx
verified: left side=right side
